When is maintenance due?

Maintenance is priced as a fixed sum after the survey. Replacing silicone alone is a job of a few hundred euros; a full wet-room service is usually well under a tenth of a renovation.
Is maintenance enough or do I need a renovation?
If the tiles are fixed and intact and there is no moisture in the structure, maintenance is almost always enough. We tap the tiles and check the risk points on the survey.
Can I use the shower right after maintenance?
New silicone and grout need about a day to cure. We give exact times and written instructions.
Do you do maintenance for housing companies?
Yes. We service several apartments on the same visit, which lowers the price per apartment.
