How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A typical apartment bathroom is done in 3–4 weeks including waterproofing curing times. Larger rooms and layout changes add a week or two.
How much does it cost?
It depends on size, structures to be demolished, materials and whether water points are moved. You get a fixed written quote after the survey.
Do I need the housing company's permission?
Yes, a wet-room renovation always requires an alteration notice. We prepare it and deliver the waterproofing inspection report.
Can I live in the apartment during the renovation?
Yes. We protect the routes and agree working hours with the housing company. Showering has to be arranged elsewhere for 2–3 weeks.
